The majority of rat infestations in domestic and commercial properties are proofing issues to the external fabric of the building, broken or damaged pipes within the sewer system below ground or manhole chamber issues. We are fully qualified and certified to carry out extensive drain survey's. The drain cameras that we use, we can check all joints of the pipe works, bends and also we check the collars as well as branches off of the line. We are then able to advise you through the videos and photos that we take whilst using the drain cameras, on the next steps needed to take to eradicate the rats from gaining entry to your property or building. Do not have work carried out i.e. rat valves/flaps put into your outlets without having a drain survey, as there is no way of finding the drainage issue without a drain survey.  Videos and photographs of your sewer systems do not lie.
